Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mizuhojewellry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
